The hotel's location proved convenient. It sat close to many attractions. I appreciated the rooftop pool. It provided a refreshing escape during warmer hours. The minibar selections also stood out. I thought they offered a good variety of options.

I found the standard king room somewhat small. This limited space impacted my comfort. The room service experience was disappointing. The food arrived late and was not warm. A particular barman showed rudeness. I avoided the main bar due to this.

The staff were very helpful with check-in and luggage storage. The breakfast offered a good food selection that tasted quite delicious. The satay food court across the street was AMAZING!!! I found it occupied the whole road in the evenings without causing disturbance.

The gym is quite small and not very inviting.

i enjoyed the decor and cleanliness. our room upgrade and special instructions for towel animals were a nice touch. the bathroom was spacious and the pool area was a vibe.

The gym is very small. it was not inviting for a good workout. room service stops at 11 pm. That's quite early.

Breakfast was delicious here! satay street and lau pa sat hawkers are just outside the door, so you can eat quickly and cheaply. do not miss the satay skewers in the evening. They are very nice

The staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay. samantha, ben, hasif, alfonso, and trisha were really good at running the place. they were genuinely friendly, cute, and always helpful. They created a relaxed atmosphere.
